Presentation Agence Eker is a young agency dedicated to consultation and dialogue in public action, based in Paris and Lille. It aims to make dialogue a lever for resilient territories. Services Support: design and implementation of participatory mechanisms to support public action and promote project ownership. Action-research: experimentation with new ways of "doing together" and continuous evaluation of practices. Training: action-training sessions for elected officials, citizens, engineers, urban planners, and technicians. Approach Pragmatic and reflexive, the agency combines co-construction, democratic innovation, and evaluation to transform participation into a driving force. StoryNous sommes Agence Eker, née en 2013 et installée entre Paris et Lille. Chaque jour nous mettons le dialogue au cœur de l’action publique: c’est notre moteur pour des territoires plus résilients. Nous concevons et animons des dispositifs participatifs pour que les décisions d’aménagement, d’espaces publics, de transition énergétique, de transports ou de développement local soient comprises et partagées. En parallèle, nous pratiquons la recherche-action pour tester de nouveaux «faire ensemble» et évaluons constamment nos méthodes. Enfin, nous formons les «faiseurs de ville» — élus, citoyen·ne·s, ingénieur·e·s, urbanistes, technicien·ne·s — pour que la concertation devienne une compétence opérationnelle et non une contrainte.
