StoryWe launched Apples And Pears in Paris in 2012 because we kept seeing the same block: capable people who weren’t heard across cultural and organisational divides. We are a compact, practical team delivering executive coaching, intercultural training and consulting that puts the audience first. We coach leaders to communicate for their listeners, not for themselves, and run cross-cultural and entrepreneurial team-building sessions that turn friction into performance. We also mediate inter-cultural tensions and run hands-on team coaching to rebuild trust. Our work is curious, human and results-oriented: small behavioural shifts in meetings, language and decision-making that produce clearer collaboration — and that still makes us proud every time a client says, “Now we understand one another.”
