Project made for Kleinwort Benson in the Banking & Financials industry for a B2C audience.Kleinwort Benson, like most venerable institutions, found themselves increasingly irrelevant to a younger, tech savvy, demographic of wealthy individuals. They asked us to help them change this. Solution A strategy to develop and create a content hub to be integrated on the Kleinwort Benson website. Including a content strategy, working with internal and external contributors. Managed the production and publication of content, integrating with other marketing channels.
Project made for Crystal Ski, TUI in the Travel & Leisure industry for a B2C audience.Challenge We were challenged to develop a digital element to allow consumers to interact with the latest Crystal Ski brand campaign. Strategy Using consumer and historical ski research, we created a fun way for consumers to engage with skiwear through the ages. We created a platform that allowed online consumers to upload a photo and create a ski outfit from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s – now that’s what we call fun. Project made for Expedia in the Travel & Leisure industry for a B2C audience in 2016. The basis of our solution for Expedia was “City Diaries”. This involved building a network of on-the-ground reporters across 8 global cities providing weekly contributions in editorial and video format. We managed the end-to-end publishing process, from strategy to publishing and promotion. We then integrated various campaigns around the content platform blending these seamlessly with the always-on strategy. This included "city specials" where we focused on a particular aspect of a city such as Nottinghams music scene, or an event or holiday trigger such as Valentines day. Content was distributed across multiple channels, including social, email and influencer outreach.
