We are Growth Drivers, the team of technology and marketing focused digital natives with extensive experience in B2B, Tech, SaaS and Start-ups who have successfully helped companies across Europe,and North America to transform their businesses through successful online growth strategies.

We’re growing rapidly - because of our reputation for honesty, startup mentality and laser focus on growing our clients' businesses - in the right way.

 No two businesses are the same. We’ll dive into your business to learn what it needs in order to create a strategy that’ll take your business to the next stage, and we have 3 plans to take you there:

SEED: Perfect for Seed stage companies that need to validate their product, and for companies with smaller budgets that need a team of experts to help them get results.

GROWTH: Suitable for businesses that have clients but need a team of experts to create and execute a strategy to ramp-up their growth – quickly.

SCALE: For Businesses “doing well” but in need of a big push to get over a specific hurdle they’re facing. This plan includes the most hours to take your business where it needs to be.

 We’ll find out what’s working for your business and what’s not so we can build you your very own growth machine.  Once scaled we continue to optimise and then automate your processes, giving you more time to focus on other business or to start another one.

 

Who We Are:

Matthew Baker, CEO & Co-founder, and Aaron Mellman, Head of Growth. We’re founders with overlapping experience and a shared, devoted outlook on growing businesses.

One of our (many) secret weapons, and differentiators from other agencies is that we’re backed by a team of world-class specialists. These are people we know, trust, and have proved their quality to us over and over again.

We’re a team of business founders first, an agency – second. We’ve been building and growing businesses for years. We’ve got the t-shirt and experienced the incredible highs that make you want to go further – and the humbling lows that make you want to curl up into a ball and give up (but never do!).

Building a company to grow and scale isn’t easy, and from our experience, the biggest reasons why companies succeed is a combination of a process, identifying key drivers, where you want to go, and how to get there. This is what we do and we’ll build you your very own growth machine to shape your business to succeed.

Our approach is unlike other agencies. We won’t burn you out with the old agency model: long contracts, too many cooks, making simple processes complicated etc. We give you 90 days sprints with full visibility and a deeply collaborative approach that enables us all to focus on moving forward together to complete our shared goals.

    Our Website Creation Services are not something that we simply package together - they're as individual as you, your business, your goals, your audience and your marketplace is. This is our typical process: Go through and sign-off on our website briefing document Understand your business, its history, your marketplace, your buyer personas, your use cases, the pain points you solve and the biggest challenges that you want to tackle. If it’s a new website for a new business we’ll jump straight to the branding exercise (unless this is something that you already have updated, agreed and documented) If it’s a redesign or re-development of an existing website/business then we’ll dive into Google Analytics (and other tools such as LiveChat) to get insights into what’s working, what isn’t working and get feedback from your team and potentially a small sample of your clients on the website and any challenges with it that have been raised. Review what channels/marketing strategies that you have - here’s where we’ll be able to determine if they need to be considered in the website build (strategy work can run concurrently) Go through a series of branding exercises with you to hone in on the brand and potential messaging Produce a logo brief and potential colour palette (if you haven’t already got these) Start work with designer on logo Get initial sketches/logo ideas across Produce 3 logos Refine and revise chosen logo Develop logos further and come to final choice Produce final colour palette Prepare final presentation and brand guidelines/positioning (if appropriate) Keyword Research Start on wireframes and initial website copy in wireframes - based upon agreed website brief Completion of any outstanding wireframes/copy Start on design work - get initial homepage concepts across and sign-off Design and sign-off on other pages Start website build Website build Complete website build Ensure that website is SEO and Mobile optimized Set up any additional technology Testing Tweaking Testing Final website

Project made for Anthill CRM in the Software & Computer Services industry for a B2B audience in 2017. See how we turned Anthill from an unknown CRM into a serious player in the retail CRM niche We first spoke with John Endeacott, CEO & Founder, in regard to creating content. But after taking a closer look at his company, we put the content on ice. We needed to rebrand, redesign and re-strategize to firmly establish Anthill’s place in a highly-competitive CRM market.Our first step was to overturn every rock to learn as much as we could about Anthill. Our team has used many CRMs between us, and we were instantly impressed with Anthill’s level of customisation and quick setup. It offered a lean CRM package, loaded with features, fresh out of the box. These qualities weren’t represented on their website which was costing them new business.John and his team were so focused on their clients that Anthill’s marketing and branding were suffering. They weren’t sure of Anthill’s place in the market and how to present it moving forwards.

Companies love the tool once they start using it as it saves them buckets of time and money, but Traqspera were facing an uphill battle as many companies are stuck doing things “the old way” – despite the amount of time and money it costs them.Matt Thurber, CTO, and his team had already won the trust of top names, including Rokstad Power, Summit Electric, and Priority Mechanical. However, onboarding new clients was far from easy. With most customers resistant to stop using paper, and no clear buyer persona in mind to target, we teamed up with Traqspera to develop a strategy to break through these barriers.

Software like this has become a must-have as companies are piling up data like never before. Tim Fleet, Founder & CEO, presented us with a cloud-based search tool that was polished and ready to go. The product itself may have been ready, but it had no branding and an unfinished website… Tim knew there was a clear need for what he had built. He just needed to know exactly whom to market it towards, and how to present it to return the best results.

They’ve been successfully operating for 7 years and consistently achieve thousands of visitors each week.We teamed up with Gemba Academy in February 2017. Although the company had been performing well for 7 years, they felt that improvements could be made to the functionality of their website. Specifically, they felt their copy, pricing page, and free preview strategy were costing them leads and subscriptions.Gemba Academy receives hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors, so traffic acquisition wasn’t a concern to them. Their main focus was to increase the average value of their visitors by improving their website’s conversion rate.After two months of thorough testing and small improvements, we discovered a growth hack on their preview signup page that led us to increase their conversion rate by 166.64%.
