If your audience is international, the next round involves removing clunky English (like poorly translated Franglais and Vlenglish).
My job is to ensure your brand strategy - website - press release - tagline - social media - ad campaign - movie subtitles, etc. makes sense and appeals to your readers. Translation is one thing, but connecting with the audience is another. There are people who write about technocratic discursive in website copy (say what?) or use the word "more" in every sentence making more fun and more exciting more boring to readers.
