Project made for Anonymus in the Tobacco industry for a B2B audience in 2019.Ideafoster did a Fast Innovation Program focused on an internal challenge involving the management of the employee and the service available to them inside the clients' headquarters in Switzerland. A Fast Innovation Program consists of defining a challenge that the company is currently facing, preparing an internal ideation session with the employees to come up with innovative ideas, and develop usually 5 of those ideas into prototypes. the prototypes will then be tested with target audiences and check the viability of the ideas.
Project made for Anonymus in the Food industry for a B2C audience in 2020.Our client wanted to test user's interest in a new product they created, in order to see if it had viability in the market and in that case, determine the product's name and branding, detect user's flavor preference, and define the product's pricing. All this through the creation of the product’s digital presence and one week of testing through digital networks. Our commitment was to test the product's concept by creating two prototypes of the product and two media campaigns and determine by people's likelihood, comments, votings and lead registration, its viability in the market, and user's preferences. For determining product's claims we did 3 different ads with three different claims and for defining the user's price preference we did a conjoint analysis to situate the user in a real-life scenario of choosing between three options.
Project made for Anonymus in the Beverage industry for a B2C audience in 2020.Ideafoster helped the client to create 3 new products and test them in 2 different markets. In order to create those 3 new products, Ideafoster created a corporate identity for each: colors, font, logo, messaging... With this information, we could create a landing page and a packaging shown on the landing as well. Once the prototype was finished, we prepared 3 different ads for each product and tested them in two different countries. With the information collected from each ad, Ideafoster prepared a results deck where conclusions were fully explained. Our client decided to launch a refinement test based on the conclusion. The refined product turned out to be a complete success, so the client decided to create the tested product.
Project made for Anonymous in the Automotive industry for a B2C audience in 2020.Ideafoster has been supporting our client for several months and it is still an active project. We create the digital marketing strategy and the content plan in March 2020 and we will implement it in the medium/long term. Ideafoster creates and publishes all the content for the different social media platforms that we manage always confirming with the client, as our clients always make the final decisions. All the content that we post has a SEO service attached in order to optimize the content and increase the reach.
Project made for Event in the Others industry for a audience in 2017.Fast Innovation session is one of the services that Ideafoster can offer. The duration can vary from 60 minutes to 4 hours. During this session, the speaker will ask the audience about two different concepts to build a new business idea. Once the business idea is roughly defined, the speaker will contact with the remote team that will work on a prototype during the next minutes. On the meanwhile, the speaker will share with the audience different concepts about fast innovation and tips on how to innovate like a start-up even if you work for a big corporation. At the end of the session, the remote team presents the prototype.
Project made for ABInBev in the Beverage industry for a B2B audience in 2020.The day of responsible beer consumption is an initiative to promote the idea of responsible alcohol consumption. This movement was initiated by ABInBev with the vision to shape up the culture of responsible alcohol consumption. ABInBev partnered with Ideafoster to make an impact through education, in a fun and engaging way, so the message sticks! We explored and managed to utilize the rising popularity of Escape Rooms, but made it digital to reach a greater audience. Through storytelling, we crafted an experience which once completed could bring a price to the participant. We deployed a Social Media Campaign and doubled the engagement from the previous year.
