What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What we enjoyed most was InBold’s refreshing approach and the way they helped us see things from new angles. Their collaborative methods, like workshops, made it much easier for our team to align and move forward
Are there any areas for improvements?It would be great to improve communication channels beyond email, as responses could sometimes be slow. Also, better alignment upfront on deliverables versus budget would help avoid misunderstandings—there were moments when our requests were declined due to cost, even though expectations hadn’t been clarified early on.
