The website and accompanying leaflet include simple exercises that anybody can do at home whilst in lockdown. Some exercise is better than none and HowFit aims to encourage every step of the way.

Therapists can manage their businesses online - taking bookings, managing diaries and promoting their services. In essence it is a platform to facilitate a service for users who look for mental harmony in their lives. JUMP developed the name ‘Kiku’ for the platform, which is Japanese for ‘listen’. The brand was inspired by nature and the rounded shape of river pebbles which are often used in Japanese culture to represent balance.
