Project made for Noel Caleb in the Retail industry for a B2C audience.The client had grown rapidly in the past few years, expanding from fashion label to fashion mentor and brand incubator. The company was growing in services and products provided, it had a good number of social followers but revenues were not matching the growth in size.The first thing that we did was to talk with the CEO to understand her vision for the company: where she wanted to company to go, where to focus, what were the values and the goals.Then, we organised an online survey with the top management asking similar questions, to see if there was alignment and if they were all working in the same direction.What came out from the survey was that while the values were shared, it was not clear what the company was about and how people could help its growth.Also, the company was supporting smaller fashion labels, but this was impacting on the client's brand, as the other labels were very different in terms of style and products.We then organised a training with the CEO and other top managers, showing the discrepancies in their approach and how the recent, un-organic growth, had caused a dilution in the business' brand.We re-designed the brand architecture, providing input on how to successfully manage the different sub-brands.We help them define their brand roadmap and to re-focus management to help them deliver.The CEO was so enthusiastic with the results of this project that has asked to repeat it for the other labels that the company supports.
