PR and communications in Norway for international brands SALO is an independent, senior-led PR and communications agency in Norway. We advise international brands and organisations on how to reach Norwegian audiences — and handle the delivery ourselves. Entering the Norwegian market Global campaigns rarely work in Norway without local adaptation. The media landscape is compact and closely connected, journalists are sceptical of marketing language, and material that works in larger markets can easily become noise here. That is where we come in. We identify the angle that holds up editorially, determine what is worth pitching — and what is not — and create Norwegian-language material that feels native to the market. We then handle the media relations and press work ourselves. Some clients use us for a single launch or campaign. Others retain us as their local PR and communications partner in Norway. Linn Onarheim Winther is SALO's graphic designer and creative lead. She has worked with Ole since 2009. When a project requires additional capacity, we bring in specialists we know well across journalism, photography, film, design and production — while remaining your single point of contact. Practical information Based in Trondheim, with a regular presence in Oslo. We work with clients and media across Norway. Working languages: Norwegian and English. Time zone: CET/CEST.
