What was the objective behind your collaboration?We aimed to develop a strong brand identity, create a user-friendly website, and implement a digital strategy to boost our online presence and attract more clients.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The team's responsiveness and dedication. They really listened to our needs and even provided extra value by implementing tasks we hadn't initially requested.
Are there any areas for improvements?Managing timelines could be improved. The project took longer than expected, but the quality of the work made up for the delays.

Are there any areas for improvements?The only area for improvement that we would suggest is that Threems could be a bit more proactive in communicating with their clients. Sometimes, we had to chase them up for updates, which could be a bit frustrating.
