What was the objective behind your collaboration?We wanted to have our own Wikipedia page, and OBA PR helped us with that. They got my page published, and it now ranks first when people search my name. They also got us six articles in industry media, so more people know about our brand now. As a result, we are getting more enquiries from commercial clients who saw our story online.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They actually know how Wikipedia works and weren't afraid to take it on. Most agencies skip it because it's tricky, but OBA PR got it done, and it will help our reputation long term. They were also easy to work with. They delivered everything on time, and when I needed a few extra days to gather documents, they adjusted the schedule without any issues. They usually replied to emails within a day.

Are there any areas for improvements?There is nothing I really dislike. I was happy with how OBA PR worked, and I have no complaints about the process or the results.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We run an online store selling everything from fashion to gadgets, and we brought in OBA PR when we realised ads alone weren't building us a real brand. They handled our media strategy, got us into the right publications, and worked on our founder's visibility in a way we hadn't even asked for - which led to him becoming a Forbes member. That last part honestly changed how suppliers, partners, and influencers saw us overnight.

Are there any areas for improvements?Looking back there's really nothing we'd change. We're already thinking about what the next engagement looks like.

A lot of agencies treat every client the same way, but OBA PR got that design studios speak differently and adjusted the narrative accordingly. That specificity made the coverage feel authentic rather than generic.

Are there any areas for improvements?Everything clicked pretty naturally and we'd go back to them without hesitation.
